Ray’s Music Exchange is Kentucky’s premiere dance band fronted by two gorgeous and very talented women. The band was formed from like-minded professional and semi-professional musicians who have a great appreciation for funky, R&B and soul-based music. They took their name from Ray Charles’ music store in the movie “The Blues Brothers” as both a tribute to the R&B music and the musicians that set the standard for dance music in the 60’s and 70’s. Over the years, the band has morphed to include more modern music, but still maintains the soul-based dance grooves that started the band.
